Our Favourite Guest Photos of 2025’s Air Tours
From the city lights of Melbourne to the very tip of the Australian continent, to the outback, our guests have been awed by the beauty of this land. Every flight brings the sight of a tapestry of landscapes, every destination brings rich new experiences. As one of our guests once described, "Watching the Earth move beneath me is like reading a new book every time".
It's our difficult task each month to decide which image is the winner of our Photo of the Month. Please enjoy this selection of 2025's favourites.
January: Juliet L. took this action shot of our Grand Caravan from the window of our other Grand Caravan at dusk on NYE.
March: Sue M. took this dramatic photo of Warburton Creek on a bespoke air safari on the way to Birdsville during the big wet.
April: Ian E. took this stunning photo of Big Red, lit up by the sunset with the rare sight of desert water beyond.
June: Peter S. on a Cape York Air Safari, reached the northernmost tip of the Australian continent to take this happy snap. On a clear day, the views stretch across the Torres Strait to Papua New Guinea.
July: Richard O. seized this moment on a Taste of the Outback tour. These iconic Aussie birds are usually solitary, often seen alone or in pairs rather than in large groups.
October: Chris & Kim S. captured this great moment of our pilot Jacob and a guest on the Tacoma, a pioneering vessel in Australia’s southern bluefin tuna industry. Relive the golden days of hand-line fishing on the Seafood Lovers' Weekend to Port Lincoln.
