Depart Moorabbin Airport at 8.30 am for Port Lincoln, on the beautiful Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. Meet local experts who will guide you for the next three days.

After breakfast, take in the spectacular views from Winter Hill, see the city, Boston Bay and, on clear days, Coffin Bay. Stop at the Boston Bean Coffee Company for freshly roasted coffee before heading to The Fresh Fish Place, the largest seafood supplier on the Eyre Peninsula. Their seafood menu is sourced directly from local, sustainably managed fisheries. Lunch on mouthwatering fresh fish and chips.

This afternoon visits the very first purpose-built purse seine fishing boat, "The Tacoma". See, touch and feel the ship's motion and learn about its history on the water. You may even have the opportunity to experience firsthand what it was like to pole tuna using a replica tuna.

Time to freshen up at your hotel before heading out onto the water for a private marina cruise on board the Tesla, a unique electric canal cruiser. Soak up the surroundings and rich history of the area's fishing industry. Quiet, ecofriendly and tranquil, this is a perfect way to discover millionaire's paradise and Australia's largest commercial fishing fleet.

At the end of your cruise, land at the private marina pontoon of local chef and restaurant owner Kris Bunder. In his beautiful home overlooking the canal, observe, learn, and taste as Kris displays his culinary skills in this seafood Masterclass and private dinner. A fantastic host and a night to remember!

Drive to the nearby picturesque coastal village of Coffin Bay, surrounded by sea and National Parks, overlooking the pristine waters of Little Douglas Bay and Kellidie Bay. Explore the Coffin Bay waterways on an oyster cruise tour. See the first oyster farm in Coffin Bay and hear the history and oyster growing process from the farmer himself.

Enjoy the town views from the water and fresh out of the rack and sample these magnificent oysters proving why they end up in the top restaurants around the world.

Earlier today, your pilot snuck off to move your plane from Port Lincoln to Coffin Bay, so it's a short journey to the airport for your return to Moorabbin Airport, arriving early evening.
