King Island and Flinders Island
The perfect island escape for summer
Happy New Year and we hope you enjoy Australia Day! We’re well and truly into the swing of this season’s tours, with King Island proving most popular so far! The milder temperatures in Bass Strait along with the breathtaking adventures available make for a great way to escape Melbourne, for just a day or longer.
King Island Express (next is Feb 7, only two seats left!) is our two and a half day getaway to King Island, taking on the island at a relaxed pace. Day tours are also available on request.
Fantastic Flinders Island (next is Feb 17) takes guests to Flinders Island for two nights, where they’ll enjoy local seafood and produce as they explore the island. For those wanting to visit both of these destinations, our Tasmania and Bass Strait Islands (next is Feb 9) tour visits King and Flinders Islands as well as Strahan, Tasmania.

Lord Howe Island
Escape to a remote paradise
Lord Howe Island continues to be a popular destination with our next tour scheduled for March 30th. It’s a majestic destination with a variety of activities on offer, from snorkling and fishing through to hiking Mount Gower.
We currently have four places available on this tour, with more tours after winter. Enquire
Kimberley and the NT
Discover the north in 14 days
Strong interest in this winter’s Kimberley trips has seen one trip fully booked already, with places already selling on our July 15th tour as well. Our 14 Day Kimberley and Top End Tour is our longest adventure and includes Uluru, Birdsville, The Bungle Bungles and Cape Leveque.
White Cliffs Music Festival
A unique outback experience
White Cliffs is a town in north-western NSW which is hosting its music festival this May (19th-21st)! We’ll be carrying a small group up to perform at the festival, however it’s a great and very unique event and we welcome passengers to join us.
More information is available on their website – call us in the office on 1300 206 130 if you’re interested.
More rain for Central Australia
It just keeps coming!
Reports from William Creek and Birdsville continue to include heavy summer rainfall along with some scorching temperatures! We had a similar lead up to our very busy 2016 season and all signs continue to be that 2017 will see significant amounts of water in Lake Eyre.
We’ve been taking heavy bookings for our Taste of the Outback tours, with approximately 20 tours on offer so far this year.
