Outback adventure
"The 3 day trip, Taste Of The Outback may sound short, but we packed a lot in. I loved it. The company, the plane, the outback. To be in Birdsville on day one, after visiting the area where Burke and Wills explored and died was amazing. We had a small group of six, which was great and very cosy. The best parts were walking on Lake Eyre South and seeing water in the north of the Lake. Visited a million acre cattle station, which was an eyeopener and then got to Arkaroola in the Flinders Ranges and explored there by 4WD. I can't say enough good things about this trip"

Itinerary: A Day on Cradle Mountain

Depart Moorabbin Airport at 8.00 am for the 90-minute flight to The Vale, a working high-country property and the closest air access to Cradle Mountain, where your local guide awaits. A scenic 30-minute transfer brings you to the breathtaking Dove Lake, nestled beneath the iconic dolerite spires of Cradle Mountain. Enjoy a leisurely guided two-hour circuit walk along well-formed tracks, surrounded by native pines, cascading streams, and ever-changing mountain views.

Stop for lunch at the cosy Cradle Mountain Lodge, renowned for its warm atmosphere and fine Tasmanian produce. Then, visit the acclaimed Devils@Cradle sanctuary — an inspiring conservation project dedicated to the protection of Tasmania’s endangered devil population.
